Student Price Card’s (SPC) technology layer was aging and unable to deliver on their digital strategy. With a new school season only four months away, a solution was required to provide cardholder sales and support, but also fulfill contracts with high profile partners including ALDO, BMO, and Apple. Communications, offers, and student-related advice needed to be distributed to nearly one million SPC cardholders across Canada.
sdmg built a custom marketing platform that powers card sales, registrations, email campaigns and promotions. Via RESTful API, the platform provides a central repository for partner content which is delivered to the website and a branded mobile app.
Since the system went live, we have delivered over 24 million emails, targeted geographic and demographic offers for more than 175 active partners and empowered SPC cardholders to search for deals at 15,556 partner locations across Canada.
