Give it a facelift all around! SDMG approached the redesign of the Hbc Gift Card site by conducting a thorough SWOT analysis in order to propose changes that would add value to the existing customer base as well as new visitors looking to learn more about the Hbc Gift Card Program. Everything from content and design to the backend CMS got a updated look and feel that is consistent with the rest of the Hbc corporate presence online. Rich media elements are include throughout, and special considerations were made to optimize the site for search.


Results

The new Hbc Gift Card site consistently addresses the needs of each target market within their customer base and creatively shows rather than tells what Hbc Gift Cards have to offer. Increases in site visitation and new customer profiles created are a great indicator that visitor needs are being met.
